Returns Policy

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will also cover return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Once processed, your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

To start a return, log in to your account, open your order under My Account, and select Return Item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.
